Shalonda Daniel, RN, BSN, CMSRN

​

Shalonda Daniel, RN, BSN, CMSRN is the owner of RevitaLife Wellnes. She is a registered nurse with a background in cardiovascular critical care, medical surgical and public health.

 

"I've always been passionate about preventative care and wellness. When we take care of our bodies using a holistic approach and incorporating strategies such as preventative care we can eliminate disease throughout the human body."

Shalonda is a native of Orange, Texas and has been trained at a teaching hospital and was later employed by a magnet hospital in Houston, Texas. She has fifteen years of nursing experience that began in her hometown as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Shortly after completing the program, Shalonda pursued an Associate of Science in Nursing at Lamar Port Arthur and later obtained her complete Bachelors of Science in Nursing while working at Houston Methodist.

Nicholas Ellis, M.D.

​Dr. Nicholas Ellis, MD, serves as Medical Director, bringing extensive experience in emergency and acute care medicine. He completed his medical education and emergency medicine training at Dartmouth. Dr. Ellis is the founder of MEDLIFE (www.medlifemovement.org), an international nonprofit organization that has supported healthcare and community development initiatives for tens of thousands of patients worldwide. He is also the founder of HealthSpan Clinical Solutions (www.healthspanclinicalsolutions.com), where his work is focused on expanding access to safe, patient-centered care and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and wellness. As Medical Director, Dr. Ellis is committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and responsible medical oversight.
